PAYMENT - These major credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Prepayment and C.O.D. are also options. Well-rated businesses and municipalities may qualify for open account.

INVOICES are payable in 30 days from the date of the invoice and are F.O.B. Fort Dodge, Iowa or point of origin. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1½% per month effective annual interest rate of 18% added on past due amounts as well as any additional collection fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING options are available to the customer at checkout. 

LARGE STOCKS are maintained at all times for the fastest possible shipment.  Specialty items, some State and Foreign flags may not always be in stock.  Typical delivery of non-stocked items is 7-10 days.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Contact Martin’s Flag Company at 800-992-3524 prior to returning merchandise.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Upon satisfactory inspection of returned merchandise, all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days of receipt.
