This pole is great for apartment or residential outdoor use.  It features a two-piece aluminum pole with a push-button snap lock joint and includes a wood ball top.  Flags are attached with a screw eye at the top and nylon lock tie at the bottom which are included with the flagpole.  The pole has a bright silver finish and comes in three different sizes.
